Motor comes set at starting speed of 400. Instructions tell you how to turn it down to starting speed of 100. Much nicer. I use mine on an old pfaff 145. Very powerful!

I used it for a pool cue repair lathe . It is perfect ,goes from 450 rpm to 4500 and has plenty of torque .

These are so cheap that, even if they don't last long there still a good deal. I don't run mine under heavy load, so I can't speak as to the life under full load. I use it for work head on a grinder.

This motor is the best replacement motor for light and heavy duty sewing machines. I replaced motor for a double needle machine, heavy duty leather machine, light weight machine, and zig zag machine. Motor worked perfect and very quiet. Had them for two years now and not a single problem. Great price. Highly recommend. Very smooth control. Stops instantly.

Bolted right up where my old clutch motor was. Needed to get shorter belt. Many u tubes on installation. If doing it again would get needle stop sensor with it. It's cheaper that way. (I didn't know about that until watching u-tube)

I installed this on the Chinese leather shoe patcher / cobbler / clsp. Whatever you want to call it lol. It works great without issues.
