A lot of the reviews say hard to clean but I don't find it to be true you do have to be careful with the blade but that should be obvious otherwise works as expected

Love this slicer! Cuts meat super thin(shaved) great on veggies- haven’t tried cheese yet, I recommend a dry bristle scrubber for ease of cleaning debris then spraying with approved food safe cleaner- worth the money, great packaging

Great slicer, great value. Works well. Very similar to what I’ve used in professional kitchens. Just a little smaller.It does take a little disassembly to clean, but it’s not too bad.My only complaint is that I wish it could do a little longer slices, but that’s part of the limitations with this size slicer and nothing to do with the slicer itself.

Blade is very sharp, there was a short learning curve, how frozen or thawed the meat needs to be, but once that was figured out this slicer is perfect.

Title says it all, slices rolls of salami, etc., very well.

I cure and smoke my own bacon and this is the perfect tool for slicing it up! It’s doesn’t have a long stride so your bacon strips will be no longer then about 8” but who needs long bacon? Have 2 slices or more ;)! I love it! It also cuts cheese like a dream( harder cheeses or have your soft cheese in the freezer for roughly 30 minutes . Must buy for the home smoker.
