Love the slicer fits my needs to a tee. Bought it mainly to slice bacon but from now on all by whole ham and chicken breast to slice as well as veggies. Awesome seller. I had some questions about the slicer and Happibuy the seller got back to me quick, I would recommend and buy from this seller again.

I looked at gear driven and belt driven machines. I did not like how loud the gear driven machines were. This machine is belt driven and runs very quietly. So far I have only used this machine for slicing meat for beef jerky. When slicing meat, you need to rotate the meat about every 3 to 4 passes on the slicer. This prevents the slicer from leaving a "flap" of meat on the bottom.This machine must be taken apart for cleaning. It takes about 20 minutes to clean this machine and it is not that difficult to do, unless you are NOT mechanically inclined. When I first got the machine, I took it apart. I did not have any trouble loosening the three screws that hold the blade. Just make sure you have the proper sized phillips screwdriver. I have taken the machine apart about five times without any issues.If you have to adjust the belt, there is an adjustment bolt to the left of the motor. This bolt has a nut below and above the motor bracket which is how you make the adjustment.The manual is poorly written. I think it is because this machine is from China and it was their attempt write a manual in English.I did have a bearing on the shaft go bad and they sent me a replacement part right away. After dealing with them through E-mails, I now understand why the manual is the way it is. Translations issues.I am very happy with this machine and would reccomend it.

I don't write to many reviews but this one warranted one, the product(10" slicer) for the money is really good I only wish the manual was better in particular for sharpening the blade. There is zero description of how to do that properly and the sharpener is not set from the factory. There is a small allen head set screw that adjusts the height of the stones, and you need to move the stone in and out a little with the mounting bolt below the stone/guard to get the angle correct. Do yourself a favor and take a black sharpie and highlight the blade surface on the outer edge only the last 3/8 of an inch (10mm) or so. Once the bevel stone comes in contact you will wear that marker away then you know you have the angle and height right. Sharpening is a bit messy and scatters grinding stone all about and takes a few minutes but its well worth it, you use the bevel stone for about 2 minutes, then wire stone for only a few seconds. Cleaning requires a good set of Hex wrenches and M8 bolt, you drive the m8 bolt into the blade and that will act as a handle and a brake when you loosen the blade mounting bolts (3). Cleaning in my opinion is easy and the parts come off quickly. This slicer when sharp will cut braunschweiger warm 1/8" and paper thin harder meats and cheeses, is quite, does not struggle and cuts consistent.

WORKS GOOD BUT SHORT ON INSTRUCTIONS. YOU CAN FIGURE IT OUT, BUT A BETTER INSTRUCTION BOOK WOULD BE NICE.

Ready to use out of the box. If you want to put the splash guard, you just need a flat head screwdriver. Has a blade sharpener on the top that is easy to use. Super quiet. Cleaning is extremely easy. Has an accessable back side of the blade and gaurd so you don't need to take the blade off for cleaning each use. If you do take it off it has three allen-head screws. The blade plate has an easy to use hand knob. There is also a hand knob for the sharpener and slide rail. So you don't need tools for basic cleaning and sanitizing.

I bought this from a 3rd party and a blade was missing. I contacted vevor and they informed me that unless you bought the item directly from them, and it is still under warranty, that they do not sell replacement parts.

Not easy to clean but it cuts meat slices thinner than 1mm. Very good for hot pot.

We cook a lot, we love making bread and focaccia, so we buy a lot of cold cuts to fill them up. Having a solid slicer allow us to save money buying chunks rather than expensive slices. This slicer, at the sale price, was the perfect solution. So far, no complaints, it is great for serious home use, if you have the space, being slightly big. Not sure if it would be good for small business, as advertised. I owned a small deli and I would go for something bigger, in that case. I forgot to say that in hour house we feed 8 family members daily. For this price, don't get lower and buy plastic toy slicers, just go for this one!
