Very easy to operate, water production is fast, need to hold glass jug with both hands, one hand holding bottom of jug when water is cool, because l feel the handle isn't stronge enough with it's full. Other than that it does the job well.

I received the package fairy quickly and was satisfied without the packaging. Good price for what you get and the glass jug goes right into the dishwasher for easy cleaning. Due to higher levels of calcium in the water here mine has got some calcium scale build up, i just need to give it a solid clean with the stuff they included in the box.

This product is pretty good, highly recommended. If you want to avoid fluoride added by Australian Gov and other dirty stuff in water pipe, it's a pretty good choice.

Quality construction, easy to set up and use, good value and gives me a supply of toxin-free water daily. Even a bottle of so called 'spring water' left a white powdery residue behind after distillation, likely chlorine. Why pay hundreds more for water filters, when this device can give you pure water cheaply and efficiently.

It has been an excellent purchase. Very easy to use and set-up. Cleaning is straight forward and it produces distilled water relatively quickly. Its cost will pay for itself in no-time with the savings made by not have to buy distilled water. Very happy to recommend.

The unit arrived on time and in a good order. There was not much of an assemble just a handle for the receiving glass container. First few processes (distilling water for CPAP unit) resulted in the distillate with weird odour. The simple instruction mentioned this and after 5 half (1/2 of the volume) processes the odour is virtually gone. So this is all good. One thing it that the glass container is marked with scale 1L apart - this is not accurate, actually this is very badly marked. Well not a big issue but a volume measuring item should I think measure correctly. After 6 distillations I filled the unit just under the 4L mark with cool water and it begun to drip after 20 minutes which I think is very good for 700W. Thank you

this is the third one i'm buying .... works for about 1 year then it starts to tripping our power. so it does not last too long

Do not recommend. I purchased my distiller and less than a month later I started to have issues where it would not turn on or if it turned off random times, then it would stop. I’ve spent more time waiting for their support to sort this out. Be prepared to buy tools to dismantle and rewire as that is their fix for the issues, which still aren’t resolved. I have never had to watch videos on how to dismantle and repair wires.
