This thing is great and I love mine. I would buy it again and I tell others about it. The only bad thing about it is some of the bags will move around the sealing bar while the machine is running and not get sealed all the way. The smaller bags are really bad about this but it's still not a big problem. I keep my manual sealer handy just for these instances. I wish this maching had a seal only function.

This is a beast. Its replacing a chamber unit that cost twice as much and a lot smaller in size. Everything on this unit is better , bigger, and faster. It is a joy to use. Thanks.

After 8 months of almost daily use I am very satisfied with the DZ-260C Chamber Vac. I make home made bacon, kielbasa, brisket etc. and this chamber vac is a game changer. I’ve been thru 3 department store vacuum sealers that failed to hold up or do a proper job of vacuum sealing. I’m happy with my purchase. So far it has never let me down and is much faster and efficient.

I bought this Vacuum sealer few months ago for my business. It is a very good quality vacuum sealer and lew price. I bought another one recently.

Extremely satisfied with product, however, also extremely disappointed that price was dropped by $100 three weeks after my purchase. Spent $100 more than I should have and that is a significant amount for me.

We almost bought the countertop model and we are glad we didn't! This thing will take mason a dozen or more standard mason jars or 4 large jars. While not food for shelf stable food, it does make vac'ing berries and fruits super easy. Apples sliced/quarters and put in jars under vacuum don't brown and stay fresh for 10-14 days! Bagging is a breeze. With two seal bars you can do two large bags, 4 medium bags... All at the same time. It doesn't come with a floor raising option. Honestly, two rolls of paper towels are the right height for almost everything we bag. This has way more room that the countertop models. It does take some space up and storage could be a challenge for a small house. It is on wheels and it easily moved if needed. Everyone looks forward to sealing and resealing food. It is super easy to use and made repackaging food into smaller servings super easy!

I have been using this vacuum chamber for a month now, and it has proven to be an excellent tool that perfectly suits my needs in the kitchen. I must admit that I am quite surprised at how much more convenient it is compared to the FoodSaver type vacuum sealer that I used previously. The quality of this vacuum chamber is of commercial kitchen quality and I believe it will last for years.

Worked great! Bagged 200 chickens that had been deboned. Had to remove rear cover do to vacuum pump getting excessively warm.

I bought this couple weeks ago, did a Costco run and did quite a bit of vacuum sealing the extra food. very easy to use, good quality, and very happy with this product. I continue to use it every week.

This is one of my favorite purchases. We use it to prep meat for dry brining and freezing. This is the perfect addition for a sous vide chef.
