Vevor does it again. It's like 90's HF prices with next generation HF quality. This is a pretty robust kit. So why the 4/5 stars? Well.... The sweeping head did come off on me, as has others. Ordering a replacement was easy enough, because it's somewhat standardized... But still. So be prepared to take your brand new shiny kit out of the box and then wrap it in tape and zip ties and it'll never look the same, but at least it won't fall off on you. All and all, like most of their products, this kit punches above it's weight where it counts. The included safety goggles are dollar store, yeah, but I doubt many of us buying this kit are concerned about those accessories. The rods, cleaning head, hex adapter, etc... Those are great, with that small cavate mentioned above. Now... It might honestly be my fault. When the kit arrives, the "bristles" on the cleaning head are folded backwards. I thought that it was necessary to fold them "out" but there's a chance that it's supposed to be that way so it doesn't stay sticking out when it's not spinning. So that means there's a chance that the head came off because of me. However, I'd still recommend duct-taping the head to one of the rods, just to be safe. I'm happy with this kit.

I am genuinely impressed with this chimney sweep kit. For the price, I expected something basic, but the quality is far better than expected and the accessories included are actually useful rather than filler. It even came with a plastic dust sheet which was a lifesaver and stopped soot going everywhere while we worked. Everything you need is in the bag, including items you would not even think about until you need them. The nylon brush head cleans exceptionally well without being harsh on the flue. It removed a surprising amount of soot and creosote without scratching or damaging the liner. The bristles are the perfect length because they flex and clean thoroughly but do not fling outward aggressively at the top of the chimney, so there is no risk of damaging the cowl - if you’re sensible!! The standout feature is the rod connection system. Instead of screw-in rods, these have push button connectors, meaning you can run the drill in both directions without worrying about the rods unscrewing themselves. It makes the whole process faster, smoother and much less stressful. The kit has more than enough length to reach the full height of the flue, and the rods feel sturdy but flexible enough to navigate bends with ease. Overall, this is not a substitute for a professional sweep if your chimney needs an annual inspection, but it is a fantastic kit for maintenance throughout the year. It paid for itself on the first use and has already become a regular part of our stove care routine. Highly recommended.

Wow! I am beyond impressed with this. My roof is very pitched so for me cleaning my chimney from the bottom through the clean out door is the best. I ordered to 30’ due to how tall the chimney is, and rods bent perfectly. The liner is very clean, and I made sure all the rod buttons were in place so had no problems with it coming apart. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Iv had the chimney kit about 5 weeks now and only now got to use it, Iv cleaned my chimney for 50 years with set of rods, so anyway I had my doubts about the new kit but no more they so easy and quick to do the job. Especially higher up in the chimney where you can get a build up with harder debris but they clean it of in no time with no problems quickly. And the drill work with no problems with the kit as well, so I can highly recommend the kit
