The heat press is good but first time user I have an issues; 1. The material stick to the heat press. I know it should be a sublimation materials but I think I use a different one. 2. Is there a teflon or the paper cover for the shirt is included in the unit I bought? 3. I clean where the material stick with knife. Will it damage the surface of the heat machine? 4. It works well. The shirt and mug presses are the easiest to use. The hat press doesn't leave much room to manage the hat. Id recommend a separate hat press if you were going to make lots of hats.

Noob here. Got this on special for I think it was about $100 off. Seems to have every thing I need to get started with sublimation. Seems to work well. Setting time and heat setting is straight forward. It keeps the last setting used, even when turned off. Do easy to use. Good value for money at the price I got it for. Full price is probably a bargain as well!
