Questions and Answers
10 Questions
Does this machine can handle wrapped toffees (confectionery)?
Because toffees are relatively heavy and bulky compared to seeds or tea, you should use the "Heavy" or "Large" vibration setting on the control panel to ensure a consistent flow. For best results, ensure the toffees are not stored in a warm environment before filling, as any softening or stickiness will cause the candies to clump and result in inaccurate weights. if this answer does not resolve the current issue, please contact us again for assistance.

Yes, this machine can handle wrapped toffees, provided they are individually wrapped in a smooth, non-sticky outer layer (like foil or waxed paper). The internal vibration-based weighing system is designed for "granular" items, and wrapped candies generally flow well through the large discharge hopper. However, if the toffee wrappers have long "twist-tie" ends or are made of a high-friction plastic, they may occasionally snag or bridge in the dispensing neck.

How big is the discharge port? We have 80mm pots and were wondering if they were small enough to fit?
The width of the discharge nozzle is 105 mm.

How easy is it to clean?
Normal cleaning is enough, just use a brush to clean it every day. You can also wipe it with alcohol or gasoline

Would this work for beef jerky?
It is suitable for particles < 20mm. If the particles are larger, the tolerance will be larger.

We have this machine but it stopped opening the shoot and the foot pedal isn’t working either. Is there a troubleshooting guide. Thanks
Please check whether the photoelectric sensor is normal. After removing the pedal, please touch the pedal socket with a metal: https://we.tl/t-g5eEzosigy.
