I’d like to replace pool cue shaft tips using this machine. Usually the shaft size is like this, tip side diameter is 12mm and the other side is 22mm and the length is 690-710mm. Is this machine suitable for me? And, to hold on tight, can I add three jaw chuck on the other side? Thanks!

This needs to be accessed through the through hole, because the diameter of the other side is 22mm and cannot fit in.
