If the frying pan is placed on the stove, the oil leakage pipe is higher than the stove top, and it is convenient to put the oil tray, or after the frying pan is placed on the stove, the oil leakage pipe extends out of the stove top, then it can be used on the stove. Otherwise, it is not recommended to use it on the stove, because it will not be able to use the oil pan and will pollute the stove surface.

Big and sturdy
Great for on top of the stove. I love it but it is VERY HEAVY. It gives restaurant quality. Heats up evenly. Does not pop or bend. I’ve prepared breakfast, hibachi and smash burgers for my family. EASY to clean but not easy to store for me. When the summer comes I do plan to cook with it outside. I did make a slight adjustment to the griddle (I welded the tiny drip hole close so that it fits perfectly onto my 5 burner. The 2 spatulas are small but they’re nice. This griddle will last a life time.

Fits on my gas oven perfectly, gives me more space to work with electrical appliances also directly under the range hood. I will weld three ribs under the plate before using it over the gas oven to stop warping. As this plate is only 2.5mm thick, but you got more bench place with in the kitcken, would have given top score if the plat was 4 to 5 mm thick

Awesome Griddle
I took measurement of my stove top before I ordered one of these. this fit's perfect real heavy steel andit hold heat well I can start with two burners on then turn one off to use one end of the griddle to cook low or just to warm up foods and it works great for me.
