The seal pops up when stuffing. I first tried snack sticks at 5% speed the 10mm horn builds a lot of back pressure. It kept blowing the piston seal. I had to double the water in the recipe to get it to flow then later i had to slow it to 50% even when stuffing summer sausage into 2.5" casings with the big horn. Once the speed is slowed down it works well enough

I am looking at the 10L electric stuffer, Model XZA-10D, it says it has a voltage requirement of 120V is this unit compatible in Australia with 240 V. Does this effect the wattage of the motor?
It is 220V, not 120V.
