- Wall-Mounted Installation: Supports three heights (9.5–10 ft / 8.7–9.2 ft / 7.9–8.4 ft) by detaching the last two steps. Installs flush to the wall without gaps. No cutting required—just fix the frame, handrails, and ladder with screws, then follow the manual to connect the top to the support brackets
- 660LBS Strong Load Capacity: Made of high-strength alloy steel that resists impact and wear, paired with heavy-duty hinges and support rods for long-lasting performance. The X-frame enhances overall stability. Anti-slip rubber feet help avoid movement, allowing multiple adults to work on the ladder
- 5.5-Inch Wide Steps: Each step measures 5.5 inches wide to distribute weight evenly and provide better balance. The anti-slip surface adds traction, especially helpful for the elderly or those with limited strength
- Effortless Opening & Closing: The ladder comes with a pull rod, allowing easy access without stepping up or purchasing extra tools. Gently pull to open, and use the rod again to fold it back—great for frequent use
- Space-Saving Design: With a folded size of 27.6 x 19.7 x 15.7 in and a landing length of 55.1–57.1 in, this ladder fits tight spaces. Detachable steps make it adaptable for different areas like storage attics, balconies, lofts, or rooftop access

Douglas Sturdy and heavy
I definitely thought this was a scam listing at first but it’s pretty sturdy. I use it to get up to my shed attic and it’s much better than a drop down ladder. It’s like a steep stairwell by the time it’s pulled all the way down and back. I also weigh 220 pounds and was jumping up and down on it and it was solid. It’s pretty heavy though for an install but worth it when it’s up. Also you don’t have to use the including hand rail thing which was a plus for my purposes

Jeff Farmer E-Z STAIRS
This pull down ladder has been terrific. It was easy to install. I did install a handrail along side the stairs to help keeping my balance. I keep it folded up ready to use. If needed it only takes a second to get down and operational. It does keep the youngsters off my loft area. It well made, engineered to take lots of weight, and really easy to open and close. No help needed, once you have it completely installed. 😉

G.T. Excellent ladder
Well designed. Needs adaptation if NOT anchoring in concrete. Plugs supplied will not work in wood. I bought hanger bolts which was an unnecessary step. They would be very low cost to add to the package.
