I definitely thought this was a scam listing at first but it’s pretty sturdy. I use it to get up to my shed attic and it’s much better than a drop down ladder. It’s like a steep stairwell by the time it’s pulled all the way down and back. I also weigh 220 pounds and was jumping up and down on it and it was solid. It’s pretty heavy though for an install but worth it when it’s up. Also you don’t have to use the including hand rail thing which was a plus for my purposes

This pull down ladder has been terrific. It was easy to install. I did install a handrail along side the stairs to help keeping my balance. I keep it folded up ready to use. If needed it only takes a second to get down and operational. It does keep the youngsters off my loft area. It well made, engineered to take lots of weight, and really easy to open and close. No help needed, once you have it completely installed. 😉

Well designed. Needs adaptation if NOT anchoring in concrete. Plugs supplied will not work in wood. I bought hanger bolts which was an unnecessary step. They would be very low cost to add to the package.

I had priced checked and found this to be the lowest price for the same product on other sites. The stairs are good quality. Easy to install and fit perfectly. They deploy and retract easily with no issues, no binding or struggling to use. They work well and I feel safe and secure using them. I highly recommend.

Easy to install, very strong and easy to operate. Good thing is that there is a option to adjust height.

For the price it does the job well. I use it a cabin loft. Noce that it folds up and away to free up space
