  • CNC 3018 Router Machine: CNC 3018 Prover is an upgraded version of 3018 CNC. We provide a detailed user manual, assembly instructions, and installation video for your convenience. Assemble the engraver machine according to the installation instructions. You can enjoy the delight of engraving foam, wood, plastic, acrylic, resin, carbon fiber, and many more. This product does not include a laser head and can be purchased by yourself.
  • Large Working Area: The effective engraving area of this engraving machine is 11.8(X) x 7.1(Y) x 1.8(Z) inches. Three refined axes are designed to achieve plane engraving. With the knob, the axes can be moved manually, which facilitates the carving tool settings. The driving units consist of stainless steel screw rods. It uses double copper nuts to clear round trip errors.
  • Excellent Motor: This CNC engraving machine is equipped with three stepper motors(1.3A; 12V; 0.32 Nm torque) and 775 DC 24V spindle motors with a rotational speed of 10000 r/min. The CNC engraving machine software supports executing standard G-code machining files for tool-based engraving and cutting, such as relief carving and various tool path operations.
  • Upgraded Control Board: The integrated GRBL control features full functionality and stability. And the advantages of the offline controller lies in the following ones: 1. No need to connect to the computer; 2. Arbitrary selection of offline files for engraving. 3. Manually adjust the X, Y, and Z axes position as the engraving starting point, manually turn on or off the spindle.4. High precision: less than 0.003 inches.
  • Sturdy Material: The frame is mainly made of aluminum alloy and Bakelite materials, with high strength and precision. The thickened side plates can improve the accuracy of the x-axis. Moreover, it is durable enough to withstand the rigors of all-day use repeatedly. Engraving parameter recommendations: Feed rate (F): non-metallic materials 100–300 mm/min, soft metals 20–100 mm/min; single cutting depth: non-metallic materials 0.5–1.0 mm, soft metals 0.1–0.3 mm.

The CNC 3018 PRO is a great machine for beginners. I've used it on acrylic and wood, and the results were great. Thanks to the GRBL control board, everything runs smoothly. However, I noticed that the machine vibrates a little when working at high speeds or with hard materials, and this affects the accuracy of details in some cases. Ultimately, the machine is very reasonable for its price and could be improved with a few simple adjustments.

I'm not a beginner in CNC, and I wanted a simple machine to start small projects at home. The CNC 3018 PRO was excellent! Working with wood and PVC was very easy, and the results were very precise. The machine isn't heavy or complicated like some larger machines, which was important for me because I can move it easily. The machine is excellent for the price, and it works at a good speed without any problems.

The machine is great for small projects, and it works well on acrylic and wood, but it's not suitable for large projects or cutting heavy metals. I tried attaching the laser to it and it worked perfectly. If you're new to CNC, this machine is a great way to learn and develop your skills.

This thing does the job and is a fantastic machine. Yes, it may not be able to pass at larger depths each pass as it will cause chatter, but be patient and you will use this machine to break into the CNC world and it will teach you the fundamentals required for such a venture. Might have a y axis motor issue, haven't debugged but the price is great to start the journey. Having used an overpriced tormach basic unit this is pretty good at 6000 dollars cheaper. The external pad is a great idea. The clamps are silly but workable.
