A pull-out tray on our unit was horribly dented in shipping (punctured box), it is in the front and looks terrible. All I was offered was a $20 credit. I would rather have a new tray shipped to us to replace it while they file a claim against the shipper, it would be inexpensive. This unit is perfect other than it is crudely constructed and has sharp edges. If they'd just polish the edges and clean it before shipping, it would be beyond perfect.
