Hi guys, I have a few questions to ask as this is my first time I will be using such a machine. Can we cut 25 and 50 mm circle shape stickers of our own design? Can we use our own design and letters to cut in different sizes or it has to be built in pattern. Can we print pdf files? If there’s any specific software which comes with the machine do you guys provide support/training how to use it? Also is there any machine where we can print and cut both? Thanks

You can design and cut custom graphics, but you cannot cut PDF. However, our software can import SVG format files for output. There are instructional videos in the software.

where do you buy replacement vinyl cutter blades and cutting mat

The blade specifications are as follows: length 23.4 mm, diameter 2 mm, angle 45 degrees; replacements of the same specifications can be purchased online. The cutting mat size is 30 inches x 30 inches, you can find these online.

Can this machine cut around a custom graphic ie a custom shape ?

There are various cliparts in the software, including graphics that you can design yourself. If you feel the content in the software is limited, you can use the file import function. After making the file in the software you are familiar with, use the svg format to import it into our machine software and use the machine to engrave and output.
