Step 1 – Get The Parts Ready

There are a lot of parts that need to be joined together to form the frame of the cart. The first thing you should do is arrange all the parts neatly to make assembly easier. Make sure to check each part against the parts list in the manual to ensure you have everything before you start.

Step 2 – Prepare The Base Frame

Place the two side frames (A) on the floor, facing each other. Connect them at the bottom using long and short tubes (B and C). Secure the tubes using screws/bolts (E or F).

Step 3 – Attach The Upper Frame And Handle

Now attach the upper frames to the side frames and install the handles. Make sure to keep the screw loose and tighten it only when you are sure that the installation is done correctly.

Step 4 – Install The Wheels And Tighten The Frame

Now that the frame is almost ready, it's time to install the wheels. Turn the frame upside down and attach it with two locking casters and two non-locking casters (H and I) on opposite sides. 

Once you are sure that all the parts are in their proper place and the cart is standing firmly, it's time to tighten all the screws. 

Step 5 – Attach Bag Rails And Hang The Laundry Bags
