Store gallons without taking up space. VEVOR bladder water tanks deliver reliable, collapsible water storage for any setting.

The VEVOR bladder water tanks are made of high-quality PVC and are foldable and bladder-shaped. They are perfect for rainwater collection, emergencies, or when used remotely. They can be folded when empty and then unfolded to contain a maximum of 63 gallons. VEVOR is versatile, whether you want a water well bladder tank to fit in your pressure systems or you only want a portable water tank bladder, which is applicable at the camps and at home. This model is a strong, flexible, and easy-to-install water bladder tank compared to others.

The demo video shows VEVOR water tanks' bladders in action. They are easy to install, do not leak, and are designed to be used in reality.

Inside the Design of VEVOR Bladder Water Tanks

Durably Laminated PVC Shell With Reinforced Seams

The design of the VEVOR water pressure tank of the bladder depends on the layers of laminated PVC and heat-welded seams. This construction avoids leakage and abrasiveness even when used on coarse surfaces, such as plywood or stone slabs.

Being a solution for water bladder tanks, it outperforms ordinary bags since it does not lose its form when pressured. The extra support is needed to last so long without seam failure or bulging out, which is required when the rainwater systems or mobile setups of rainwater need to last longer.

Self-Supporting Shape With Low-Footprint Base

When partially filled, these VEVOR bladder water tanks, with a stable and egg-like shape, reduce footprint stress at the base. This self-supporting design maintains the same pressure throughout the base, unlike flat water tank bladder designs, which curve or flare at their edges.

It prevents gravity-based systems from getting stuck due to water flow. The form is handy in transforming a simple film into a useful water tank for a healthy bladder.

High-Flow Fill & Drain Ports With Reinforced Fittings

All the tanks have large inlet and outlet ports fitted with threaded or quick-connection types. Such strengthened attachment points allow the tank to tear when used a lot. Being part of a water well bladder tank, these ports readily fit into the pump systems or plumbing lines.

In the case of non-pressurised collection, filling is fast, and emptying is easy. The design will not cause you to lose the flow or leave weak points as you connect repeatedly.

UV-Stabilized Outer Coating & Opaque Walls

The VEVOR bladder water tanks have an outer UV-warning layer and opaque walls to avoid algae growth and degradation caused by UV. This prevents sunlight and maintains the tank's temperature.

Compared to transparent water bladder tanks, the design enhances the freshness of water. It is particularly handy with bladder water pressure tanked systems, where clarity control and water quality are significant.

Compact Fold-Down Profile & Carrying Handles

The VEVOR bladder water tanks are empty and fold into thin, flexible lines. Integrated handles help in its transportation or relocation during deployment. Regarding mobility or seasonal application, it is a big plus compared to the fixed tanks.

When you install it, you will not need any huge base or structural frame, unfold, anchor, and go. This small size is the feature that makes it stand out compared to water tank bladder systems used in RVs, on rooftop farms, or as a temporary installation.

Quick Start: Setting Up Your VEVOR Bladder Water Tank

Step 1: Choose a Solid Base

Start by choosing a flat, smooth, clean surface for your VEVOR bladder water tanks. Place a tarp or concrete slab below the tank to form a stable base. Ensure that no sharp stones or debris might pierce or cut the PVC structure when it is full of water.

Step 2: Unfold and Align

Unpack your bladder water tank and unfold it carefully all over the selected space. Position it so that the inlet and outlet ports are directed towards where you want the water to flow in and out. Hose alignment guarantees that the hose is attached correctly and that it is unnecessary to twist and bend.

Step 3: Connect Fill and Drain Hoses

Connect the fill and drain pipes or hoses to the tank outlet and inlet. All clamps or fittings should be tightened to avoid leaks. Ensure the hoses are well supported and/or placed to align with the bladder ports of the water tank to ensure continuous flow and that the water tank will not strain the connections used to fill or empty it.

Step 4: Start Partial Fill and Checks for Leaks

Begin filling the tank to 1020 percent. Check whether seams, valves, and connection points are dripping or protruding. If you notice a leak, move off, screw together fittings, or reseal joints, and continue. This keeps your bladder water tank completely watertight.

Step 5: Fill to Desired Level & Anchor

When you are assured there will be no leakage, fill the bladder water pressure tank to your desired capacity. Record the expansion pressure and form. Fix it using straps, sandbags, or anchor points to prevent it from moving due to wind or other movements. Even anchoring achieves stability and dependability in storage.

Uses & Applications of the VEVOR Bladder Water Tank
