How to Install the VEVOR Silk Screen T Shirt Printing Machine

It’s a straightforward bench-mount: assemble the frame, secure the carousel, attach springs and clamps, bolt on pallets, then level and align. 

Follow these steps to take your silk screen t shirt printing machine from box to first test print—stable, square, and rotation-ready. 

Step 1 – Assemble & Bench-Mount the Frame

Take out every component and organize the hardware for each station separately.

Construct the bottom frame and vertical support as shown, keeping fasteners finger-tight at first. 

Place the press on a firm table, and position it so that no stations are overhanging. Put the screen printing press machine on the bottom all the way down- this is essential for stability and quality prints. 

Install fasteners on the frame one after the other. Install the rotating carousel and test the movement. Check that each arm is rotating seamlessly or not. If not then make sure each arm is stable and rotates seamlessly. 

Step 2 – Install Arms, Springs, Clamps & Pallets 

Place each print arm into its holder on the carousel, then install the screen brackets/screen clamps. Install the return springs and 

Set initial tension for frames to lift and settle without banging. 

Slide individual pallet brackets onto the arms and anchor the pallets (21.2” x 17.7”) at their secure place. Put the pallets under the clamping location in the center. 

Move up and down each arm, verifying that the movement is symmetrical and the t-shirt screen printing machine does not start twisting the table. 

Suppose the motion feels sticky, re-seat washers/bushings, and re-check bearings. The target is comfortable travel that can be controlled by a single person. 

Step 3 – Level, Align & Set Stops 

Place a level on each pallet and align them flat to the others; shim where necessary. Dial off contact with your method of choice (coins/shims/feeler gauge) to fit the mesh and ink. 

Hook the position stop under each arm and adjust finely so a flood or print cycle will come around to the same point. Do a dry registration check with four blank screens or film positives to verify alignment at every station and rotation.

When everything lands comfortably, secure all lock nuts. Your screen print machine has just been set up to allow repetitive work in multi-color.
