Why can’t it be used with a R32 gas aircon if it’s only used to vacuum lines too see if there are leaks before u release the refrigerant ?
Because the vacuum pump is not explosion-proof, there is a risk of explosion if it accidentally comes into contact with R32 during use.

Does come with oil?
It comes filled but I got my package upside down. The exhaust port can leak if upside down so, the machine was covered with oil. It wasn't a big problem, I wiped it down and it worked afterwards! But yeah I would highly suggest buying some oil for rotary vaccum pumps.
