Battery Information
If you're like me, you've been struggling to determine what battery to use with little information available. I just wanted to share that I purchased a Lawn & Garden Battery from Tractor Supply. The battery is manufactured by Traveller with a part number of TS/1B-U1L350. Hope this helps. I tried to use a LiFeP04 24ah battery from Amazon and instantly fried the battery. The Dolly itself...pretty awesome! I've only used it once, but it enabled me to put my 22' pontoon boat on the side of my house with no problems. My boat is on a driveway which is paved and mostly flat, but it moved it with ease. I'm guessing my boat is about 4K lbs? The reviews on this product (elsewhere) gave me pause on purchasing, but I'm extremely happy I purchased this....

A back saver
I purchased the VEVOR Electric Trailer Dolly to save my back and knees while jockeying my boat/trailer between the garage and driveway. Doesn't come with a battery so I purchased a proper amp-hour batt. separately. Fairly easy to install on my trailer with 2 holes drilled for sturdy attaching bolts. Mounted a short distance behind the current dolly the electric dolly is strictly for maneuvering in tight spaces and on cement. Mounted as high as possible, I will have about 6\" clearance while towing the trailer and launching the boat. I don't anticipate any problems. Note that this unit is FIXED and doesn't swing up and away from the ground. Moves vertically only. The steering arm removes/attaches easily. I'll keep the battery in the garage when not in use.

The mounting bracket is strong enough to handle the weight, I had to build my own. It now works great, boat and trailer 3000 lbs. can go up a 3\" incline.

Works as needed
Needed to move around my 4300 lb rv trailer and does the job just great, although slowly. The attachment shaft is a little flimsy and bent slightly when I tried to raise it too high and use the motor. But lowered it and straitened and works fine then.

Motorized My Wood Cart
Well, not it's intended purpose but we have a 12' ramp with a 3' rise to the door that we use to bring cordwood into the house. This worked GREAT mounted on the front of our wood cart with an on / off / on switch and a 12v lithium battery. See picture. The wood cart climbs right up the ramp with a minimal amount of effort on my part.
