I roast, bag and sell coffee beans. Using the impulse sealer took up a lot of my packaging time. I had to seal twice to ensure a "good" seal and the heating strips burnt out often. With this sealer I set the temperature and belt speed and within a few minutes it is ready to go. You can adjust both the temp and speed to ensure you are fully sealing the bags. By myself (loading and unloading the bags) it is 3 to 4 times faster than the impulse sealer and I always get a perfect seal. With help, it is 10 times faster. The assembly is easier if you find a youtube video because the manual is rather confusing and doesn't really cover everything. Adjusting and aligning can be a pain but after a few times doing it, the procedure gets easier. You'll will learn to mark the height adjustment for the different size bags. It also has a "Text/Number" wheel that will imprint on the seal for dates or names but I don't need and haven't used it. It looks like it could be a pain changing what is printed. I have only sealed about 500 bags in the last month but it has worked perfectly. I will update this review if anything changes. All in all, this continuous band sealer has saved me a lot of time and effort in bagging my product. It is much more expensive than the impulse sealer but I think it was well worth the money. I recommend this sealer...
