This sharpening saw has paid for itself after only 1/2 dozen uses. Well work the money even for a home handy man.

Machine arrived well packaged and rust protected. Set up was simple and easy to understand. Adjustment is fidley and I found it was easier to sort my TCT blades for grind angle and size first then set up for those. Needed to cut a thin nylon packer washer under the blade arbour mount to correct the lift created when doing up the angle lock nut, about .75mm worked fine. Changed the allen key lock screw on the tooth position lock to a short 6mm bolt so now its easier with a 10mm ring spanner to adjust ( I use a flat ratchet ring) as its difficult to get to. Time taken to set the unit up for ease of use is well rewarded as it makes it more a joy to use. My only problem now is after sharpening all my old blades the unit now sits covered and waiting for further use. As Vevor do not have replacement grinding wheels I managed to source a couple after market from a industrial supplier to have on hand for future replacement when required. Overall a worthy addition to any workshop wanting to reduce waste from blunt blades. Now if there was tungsten tip replacements available it would be job complete.

Bit fiddly to set up as the adjustment screws are underneath, where they need to be, however once set quickly sharpens blades. Replacing socket head bolts with regular hex head bolts will help as it will allow the spanner to come in from the side

Great little machine, looked up you tube for a demo on how to use it, once you get use to using it, it does a great job and saves going to the saw doctor to get your blades done

I was intending to make a sharpening jig until I saw this advertised. Awesome product for the money. Provides accurate results

This thing is fantastic, only fault is that the instructions are a bit hopeless. Set up was a bit difficult, but once I got used to it, it was not too bad. The result is perfect and it has more than paid for itself with the blades I have sharpened so far. Very Happy

The saw blade sharpener works well, once you figure out the instructions, which are somewhat obscure. Fortunately we have YouTube and a bunch of people who have gone on to work out how to use the machine. I spent 20 minutes watching a 'how to' video and then sharpened about 8 blades, from 165mm to 250mm diameter in short order. Most were for ripping but a couple were crosscut blades. The machine was easy to set up and sharpening proceeded smoothly. The only issue I have is that all the bosses are metric, so I had to make one for a 5/8 inch hole. Even with this ommision I am very happy with this tool and I would recommend it to anyone.

Well built bit of kit, saves sending blades out for sharpening will pay it self off in no time, with a bit of ingenuity can be used for other tasks sharpening other tooling,

Instructions are barely non existent and a waste of time, follow up spare parts such as sharpening discs are not supported by Vevor (as per phone and email request) nor did or could they advise where discs could be purchased. l would also suggest users use this machine in a well ventilated area and use an appropriate respirator, the water drip is not very functional. Also disappointingly found it on ebay cheaper than the Vevor site. The blade stop doesn't adjust well and the blade wobbles, have to space the blade arbor with a plastic bag and support it using 2 hands as the blade wobbles!
