Tools felt decent and looked like they would work but i was using a wen lathe that doesnt have enough power for acrylic blanks. I havent tried the wood blanks yet to really test the tools.

De bonne facture générale, fers épais qui n'ont pas rouillés malgré le stockage dans le garage.
Les plaquettes sont très tranchantes et nécessitent des passes légères avec le bon angle pour ne pas avoir d'accrochage.

Voire à l'usage la tenue des carbures.
Je recommande ce produit .
La longueur des outils aurait pu être plus grande ce qui aurait amélioré le confort d'utlisation

Great value. I'm not very experienced,.but these cut nicely, as well.as the ones that came.with my lathe. I'm optimistic that these will need less sharpening as I'm turning. They don't seem to leave as smooth a finish as my traditional HSS chisels and I haven't had to sharpen them yet, but I'm thinking a few locks with diamond lapping stick should do it. They seem nicely made and I'm cautiously optimistic.
