I am still desperately waiting for a return label instructions as to what to do. It’s been very disappointing. It’s been so long boxes are in the middle of my hallway. Very frustrating. The product is not the quality I was expecting very disappointed please please kindly reply to my email. Thank you very much.

came in broken. chatted with them they said they would send another one. never heard back. chatted again they said they never spoke with me but would send a replacement. another month goes by. No replacement and no refund. Chat with them again and they say again that nobody spoke to me. Don't waste your money

Title: Unacceptable Refund Process: Excessive Proof Demands and Zero Customer Satisfaction The refund process for my damaged product has been an unacceptable ordeal. Despite immediately submitting five separate, clear images documenting the damage, the company continues to make excessive demands for proof, clearly attempting to stall or avoid a full refund. The customer service experience is extremely difficult and has failed to meet any reasonable expectation of satisfaction. When a customer provides overwhelming evidence of a Dead on Arrival (DOA) or damaged item, they should not have to fight for a resolution. This protracted and difficult process has demonstrated a complete lack of concern for the customer. Unless this qualified refund is processed immediately based on the proof already supplied, I will never purchase from VEVOR again. AVOID if you expect basic customer support for a defective product.

Waited over on month and the order was never delivered, thus, order csncelled

Easy to put together, looked great but quality does not hold up to Canadian weather. Awning was attached with heavier screws than what came with it in a fairly sheltered location. Swept snow off but that was a little tricky as the "roof" was just corrugated plastic fitted into a couple of thin aluminum channels. After a couple of month the wind ripped it right off and broke the plastic frame. It was not repairable. Unless you are planning on installing this indoors, I would not recommend it.

Would not survive a winter in Québec... Cheap corregulade plastic, like the cardboard that won't last

After 10 minutes trying to wrestle it together threw it in the garbage. Didn't expect much for 60 bucks but this fell way short. Disappointed.

Awful products

Vector responded promptly to my damaged goods complaint. With the structural damage done to a corner post this huge package in useless. I spent nearly 400 dollars on a a very heavy box of trash. Vevor offer me 20 dollars. I want the part of a full refund. I will never order from this company again. My first review never made it to their site. Trevor obviously blocked my review or able to select which reviews they publish.

It works well, but water leaks into the tube in the panel and never dries ouut. Overal outstanding performance.
