The product is great. Delivery on the other hand broke my Christmas cactus by putting the package on top of it!! It is my grandmother plant. She is gone now.

The awning came packaged well in perfect condition. The instructions to put it together were good. The contractors did it in 5 mins. Contractors had to put wood over the door so awning could be attached to something firm as the holes for attachment did not match where studs were over the door. It looks awesome and should prevent rain and sun from coming in. Getting compliments on it over the back door of a charity
