Hard for me to assemble. One screw didn’t have the phillips head on it so I wasn’t able to use it. Took me a few hours to assemble. Had a hard time figuring out how to attach the reel for the hose.

Assembly is tricky. Sometimes you need three hands! Select a kitchen island or other table in good light and lay out all the parts. You will need common hand tools to tighten the metric nuts onto the bolts and a pair of pliers to bend the cotter pins. I needed a rubber head mallet to properly insert the single large cotter pin. I have not yet attached my garden hose, but this caddy seems sturdier than the flimsy plastic one I am currently using.

This hose real is easy to use and is great quality. It handles my longer hose with ease and even has room to spare! It is easy to wind up and easy to pull the hose out from. It stays put when it needs to and I'm able to roll it around to where I need it with the big tires on the back. I'm giving it four stars because of a couple of issues. First of all, this was not as easy as it looks to put together! It was harder for me to get my hands in some of the areas in order to tighten hardware. You need to supply your own tools in order to assemble it. And attaching the hose was difficult as well due to where the spigot attaches onto the reel. This is a heavier object, but it needs to be the whole day larger hoses so this didn't bother me at all. Just know that it very heavy to pick up but much easier to wheel around. As far as water pressure is concerned, I haven't noticed any difference so I believe that to be just fine. We don't have the best water pressure to our house on a daily basis so I'm not sure if this will be a problem for others or not. It is certainly sufficient for me. Overall, I would definitely recommended this hose reel! Aside from it being a bit difficult to put together it is well-made and looks like it will last me a good long time!

Not able to move it in the yard top handle is made for a 4 ft tall person .it needs to be reviewed

article de bonne qualité de construction solide, c'est dommage que ce soit conçu pour les nains. Pour le véhiculer il faut se casser en deux. Mon premier travail a donc été de rallonger la poignée de manutention. Le diamètre du tambour est trop petit et a tendance a casser le tuyau lors des premiers tours à l'enroulage. J'ai changé le raccord tournant qui fuyait. Bref même pas cher c'est encore trop cher.

Très déçu de mon achat. Après avoir galéré comme beaucoup pour trouver les raccords, la pièce à l'intérieur de l'axe s'est tout simplement fendue au vissage. Sachant que je n'ai pourtant pas serré comme un sourd et que je n'ai pas de pistons en guise de bras, cela donne à réfléchir sur l'usinage des pièces. Bien évidemment, impossible à retirer sans tout abimer. Le chariot est donc inutilisable avant même d'enrouler les tuyaux. De même, il vous faudra vous casser le dos en deux pour pouvoir tirer le chariot dont la barre de traction est bien trop basse. Extrêmement déçu. Moi qui souhaitais acheter du Vevor pensant éviter le Gardena en plastique... Dans l'attente d'un geste commercial.

Inutile, il faut un chariot pour transporter le chariot.

Die Annahme, dass ein Schlauchwagen aus Metall haltbarer wäre, wurde enttäuscht. Bereits nach einigen Tagen der Nutzung verbogen sich die abstandshaltenden Metallstreben. Eher Frust!

The one I really wanted was over $100 so when I needed a second reel, cheapened out and bought this one. It was a bear to put together, with parts designed to scrape and twist fingers and hands. Also needed power tools unlike the competitor’s item which I painlessly put together in 10 min. It was also missing a connector hose, without which the hose would not wind onto the reel. Another $10-15 were spent and a day wasted. The description was inaccurate there is no one handed retraction or mesh basket. In fact it is substantially more difficult to operate compared to the other one I own. $25 saved, years of aggravation unlocked. I still havent thrown the box away. If it starts leaking on top of this, I will return.
