The 175 foot hose reel arrived on time, well package, all hardware accounted for…100 feet of 5/8 hose fills the reel with only a couple wraps of room to spare. The reel/hose inlet sides can be switched if you prefer. I did mount the reel higher up the frame ; personal preference, by drilling 4 holes and additional hardware.

Overall concept is good. Build quality is at the lower end of the acceptable range. The reduced end of the tube sections that slot together for assembly were dimensional miss-matched resulting in very sloppy joints. This is particular noticeable on the the handle bar. If the dimensional tolerances were improved, it would be a very compelling item given the price.

Hose reel looks great, but unrolling the hose causes the reel to constantly tip over creating more work that what it's worth. Would highly recommend buying one that has four wheels so it is more sturdy.

Ce chariot enrouleur c'est le pire que j'ai reçu; la notice en anglais, le montage impossible, le rouleau ne tient que d'un coté, impossible d'enrouler un tuyau, pas de fixation à l'opposée de la manivelle la photo de la notice ne correspond pas

The reel overall is decent. However it has one major flaw. Where you make the connection from your hose to the reel, the fixed angle connection is bad. Every time you wind the hose onto the reel it " kinks " the hose and reduces the water volume and pressure coming out of the hose. You have to unwind all the hose off the reel to get proper water flow and pressure. I don't want to take 120 feet of hose off only to use30 feet .

Its not heavy duty.

handle will break for sure. should have 4 bolts instead of 2. very thin where handle slides in to main frame.
