I had a great deal of difficulty assembling this. The bolts would not go through the self locking nuts no matter what I tried. The bolts would go in just far enough to enter the threads of the nuts and go no further. Thinking that I had one bad nut or bolt, I tried other nuts and bolts with the same result. I ended up going to Lowe's and bought the same number of non locking bolts that came with the hose reel along with enough washers to fit the bolts. This was after I tried to contact VEVOR to ask what I might be doing wrong or to determine if I was possibly sent some defective self locking nuts. Of course, VEVOR had no Customer Support phone number . So I had to message them through a CHAT option to which I never received a reply. I then asked if VEVOR would refund me the costs of the nuts and washers I had to purchase to finish installing the hose reel if I sent them the receipts fro Lowe's showing what I had paid for them. Again, I received no reply from VEVOR. The hose reel works all right but because of the difficulty in assembling it and the extremely poor customer service that I received, I will never again buy anything from VEVOR.

Works well enough, have to pay attention when assembling and it’ll take an extra pair of hands, as it’s awkward. Fastening hardware is junk so be prepared to replace it to something more standard than the soft stuff supplied.

It's nice and light so it's easy to move around and wind up the hose. However from what I can see it's only powder coated steel. I presumed it would be galvanized as well. I don't think it will last too long in an outdoor setting and the brass fitting leaks as well

It's not very easy to use and the handle is way too short when trying to transport from one place to another.

Product is well built but not heavy enough to stay put when pulling the hose out. I used a 5/8 hose and it was just too much for the reel.

It is a quality product, mostly robust, except for the 4-wheel fastening system which is done through clamps. But the biggest problem with this product is the system of fittings provided. The 2 water inlet and outlet threads are on American standards (GHT / NH) which makes it impossible to use it in Europe where the thread standard is (G / BSPP). The thread pitch is simply different and they do not thread all the way into each other, causing water leaks. It was necessary to order 2 adapter fittings (3/4" GHT to 3/4" G male - female and female - male) from China, thus adding another 20% to the cost of the product. Also, the product came without an installation manual in the package. I scanned the QR code to obtain an electronic version, but there is no such electronic manual at the link provided. I managed to assemble the product without a manual, but for someone with less technical skills it may be difficult.

Item is ok , somewhat light not very sturdy as others, tips over when pulling hose

La conception est bonne mais la qualité de sa fabrication est mauvaise le rendant inutilisable sans faire de la plomberie et de la mécanique. Handle is way to short. I do not recommend.

The description says it will hold 200/300 foot of hose. I got a 100 on it and it is full. Was needing it for more.
