Très déçu de mon achat. Après avoir galéré comme beaucoup pour trouver les raccords, la pièce à l'intérieur de l'axe s'est tout simplement fendue au vissage. Sachant que je n'ai pourtant pas serré comme un sourd et que je n'ai pas de pistons en guise de bras, cela donne à réfléchir sur l'usinage des pièces. Bien évidemment, impossible à retirer sans tout abimer. Le chariot est donc inutilisable avant même d'enrouler les tuyaux. De même, il vous faudra vous casser le dos en deux pour pouvoir tirer le chariot dont la barre de traction est bien trop basse. Extrêmement déçu. Moi qui souhaitais acheter du Vevor pensant éviter le Gardena en plastique... Dans l'attente d'un geste commercial.

Not what i expected. Had to put it all together and some holes didnt line up and ad to drill couple holes that wasnt drilled when made. I was wanting to return it and they offered to give me a little money back and not let me return it. I thought that there was a no hassle return that is a lie!!.I wont be buying anything else from them .

I would advise not to buy this product. The one I got has a fitting in the drum with a thread that does not suit standard hose fittings in Australia or they just sent me one that had a different thread. Either way they dont want to know about it and now I'm left with a very shit hamster wheel

The most disappointing thing I have got from Vevor, I wanted a new reel to replace my old Craftsman and this one iis flimsy, hard to reel in and the low handle makes it hard to even wheel around. Do not buy this hose reel go to Homedepot or Lowe's.

Had over a month now, it leaks vadly where the short hose enter the pipe. There is no apparent way to tighten the compression fitting. Also it has already started rusting.

Handle broke during the warranty period. They won't make it right and will only refund half of the cost. Must say im very disappointed in vevor and am likely not to return for future purchases and I have bought lots from them

Bought this a few weeks ago. 8/9/2026. Not a bad hose reel., but has some issues. 1. Hose capacity: I installed 100ft. of 5/8 hose and it barely had enough room no way can you get 200ft. to 300ft. of 5/8 hose on this. 2. Supply hose: the provided input side supply hose is a joke. in collapsed almost immediately. 3. Hooking up the hose to the reel fitting: I not sure who engineered this but they should lose their job. If all you did was reverse engineer a different hose reel you would get this right. I had to come up with a fitting to get the hose to spool onto the reel. I used an old reel as a model. I realize this thing is inexpensive compared to a good reel but, you at least have to try and make something that works.

Der Schlauchwagen ist für die Schlauchanschlüsse mit amerikanischem Rohrgewinde versehen, da gibt es keine kompatiblen Anschlüsse im Baumarkt bzw. Im Internet. Das macht einen Schlauchanschluss schwierig und bedarf hoher Improvisationskunst. Er ist für Schlauchgröße 5/8“ ausgelegt, diese Gröe gibt es in Deutschland nicht. Es passen auch keine 90 m 1/2“ Schlauch auf den Wagen, wie angegeben, sondern maximal die Hälfte. Das ist alles sehr schade, denn sonst ist er gut, Preis und Qualität sind gut.
