The pump overheats after 10 plus minutes and shuts off. I have Registered a issue with customer service awaiting a responce

We installed this pump, it's flow rate is 1.7 gallons per minute. NOT 3.7 GPM. Installed next to a 1000 litre IBC. worked for one month. Fine for just cold water with the tap open all the way. If open halfway or less it stutters and shakes. And with a boiler, with the tap open on full hot, it also stutters and shakes, and does not deliver even the 1.7 gallons per minute needed for the boiler's specified pressure. Two days ago it died without showing any signs of apparent struggle. The pressure switch is stuck on, it does not make a sound or vibrate. And the motor does not move. A waste of money. If you buy anything from this brand, be ready to install it straight away so you can use their guarantee.

Very disappointed. The first one i bought worked well for a while but then it became obvious that the pressure switch was not turning it off. Instead the motor was stalling and heating. Eventually the motor burnt out. So I bought this one (same as the last one). Again drawing current when not in use because the motor stalled before the pressure switch opened. If you don't like changing your pump frequently, don't buy this one. Warranty procedure is ridiculous. How am I supposed to submit a video of a stalled, overheating pump?

Pump works great, the hose has popped outta both fittings, crimped with pliers but still leaking a bit

After nearly two weeks of use the pressure switch has failed. Tried to claim to get replacement part but couldn't upload the videos on their messaging service or through email. Apart from being a little noisy you do get a pretty decent flow and pressure from the unit that can handle a decent shower head( if you remove the flow restrictor in the shower head) I'm currently bypassing the pressure switch and getting a separate pressure switch to run the unit. Things that need improvement, 1 pressure switch, 2 quite the motor a little, 3 improve the video upload on your messaging system so you can accept at least a 30 sec video clip without the use of a third party platform

Worked for about 2 weeks then it wouldn't hold it's pressure. It keep cutting in and out every 5 mins then pump would run realy slow and get hot .

Pompe reçue dans un emballage humide. Après d’une semaine d’utilisation, la pompe ne fonctionnait plus Impossible de se faire rembourser ou de renvoyer la pompe pour un échange. Ne pas commander chez Vevor vous perdez du temps à renvoyer des mails qui ne sert à rien

I ordered two for my RV as I wanted a spare in case it failed again while I was on the road. The first one only lasted two weeks. I discovered it had been leaking water out of the switch and corroded the electrical terminals inside. The motor was fine, but the switch is not available for replacement. I installed the spare, which lasted only a few weeks before doing the same thing. A waste of $178! Come on, VEVOR!

Having never received the pump, due to inability of shipper to deliver, my review would be fictional. However the purchase of the brass fittings needed to hook up the pump wasn't fictional. Vevor did credit me back for the pump that was never delivered. FYI, don't purchase any fittings until the pump has arrived.
