Customer Reviews for VEVOR Wall Mounted Stair Handrail, 3665mm Pipe Staircase Handrail, Black Galvanized Aluminum, 32mm Pipe Diameter, Indoor&Outdoor Staircase Railing, Industrial Hand Rail for Steps, Security Baluster

Work nice! Need to order two more hangers for another short bar! How do I order parts? Please advise!!

The railings i got were good. But the could have used a slight line to line up hardware. Also 3 of the anchor bolts heads broke off before I could get it seated in the wall. Luckily I had some hardened bolts that worked. After I dug i the cheap ones.

Bardzo fajna poręcz przyszła z kilkoma porysowaniami i wgnieceniami ale sprzedawca rozwiązał problem bardzo szybko

the only thing this needs is for someway to grip the bar. it is a polished surface and hard to grip.

Bon article, solide, destiné plus pour un sous-sol. Le seul problème c'est la jonction entre les deux barres qui n'est pas top,les joints se déplacent à l'insertion sur la barre et une fois en place la finition n'est pas terrible.

So, this is my first negative review for a Vector product. I've been very happy with everything I've gotten from them in the past, but not this time. I bought the 12 foot long handrail system.. it comes in 3 pieces that you assemble with a internal sleeves, exterior brackets and self tapping screws. You have to attach 4 of these brackets all in a straight line spread out over the l2 feet. There's nothing to help you align the pieces. The screw tries to wobble all over while the bracket wants to slide away. Also, it seems pretty much impossible to connect the pieces to make them totally flush so that you don't see the silver sleeve inside. Not fun. But even worse is the hardware you use to mount the assembled railing. The bolt and washers match the finish on everything else but I couldn't use them because the weird anchors included are useless in drywall. The included drill makes a hole that is too big to securely hold the anchor in place. It sounds when you try to screw the bolt in. I've never seen anchors like this. I included a picture. Even when you try to hand thread a bolt into an anchor, it never tightens. The bolt pulls free. So I ran to the hardware store and bought a bolt and anchor set that fit each other properly. Now I just have to paint the bolt heads to match the rest of the hardware. And lastly..the poor instructions. The last two I structions are literally, 9. Drill holes. Install screws. I've made this one work, but someone not comfortable with thinking around problems will likely hate this product. I wouldn't buy it again.

The product did not show up. I had an installer hired also. Very disappointing. No retiring to resend . Just a refund of purchase and a 4 week wait. Not impressed

The case arrived damaged ( pic attached). Quality low to Medium. I would not buy it again.

Good product at a fair and reasonable price. The only issue was self tapping screws used to join the 3 sections and attach the rail brackets. They tear away from tubing to easily. I was lucky to have stainless steel Bolts which l rectified the issue.

Missing parts. Vendor customer support unreliable and not honest. I never received my refund. I have put out social media post to warn people to not do business with Vevor! Parts never sent or refund not received! Worst Chinese company selling items within United States.
