Good product for the price. The aluminum bar could be a little bit thicker in order to provide a better grip / safety feeling. Otherwise everything is good! Also, the customer service is amazing+

For the price this is excellent value. It is as described. Installed it is sturdy. One caveat, the screws that hold the sleeve and pieces together are self-tapping and are prone to stripping if you tighten too much or screw in and unscrew too many times.

They are easy to installs and good quality materials to work with. Would recommend this product !

I purchased for a secondary stairway in a custom build we were doing. I honestly did not have high hopes, but it didn't need to be a show piece. This rail is better than I expected. Sturdy, well made, joints are less obvious than I feared they would be (keep in mind that these rails come in about 4 foot sections). Overall, I was impressed and will order again if such a situation arrises.

Great product

Attempting to connect the sections using self-tapping screws is a very imprecise method. Yields small gaps between the black tube sections where you can see the silver connecting piece inside. It's an excellent value for the price, but I'd prefer it cost a few more dollars and use a pre-fab connection system that ensures tighter fit.

Very easy to install.

So, this is my first negative review for a Vector product. I've been very happy with everything I've gotten from them in the past, but not this time. I bought the 12 foot long handrail system.. it comes in 3 pieces that you assemble with a internal sleeves, exterior brackets and self tapping screws. You have to attach 4 of these brackets all in a straight line spread out over the l2 feet. There's nothing to help you align the pieces. The screw tries to wobble all over while the bracket wants to slide away. Also, it seems pretty much impossible to connect the pieces to make them totally flush so that you don't see the silver sleeve inside. Not fun. But even worse is the hardware you use to mount the assembled railing. The bolt and washers match the finish on everything else but I couldn't use them because the weird anchors included are useless in drywall. The included drill makes a hole that is too big to securely hold the anchor in place. It sounds when you try to screw the bolt in. I've never seen anchors like this. I included a picture. Even when you try to hand thread a bolt into an anchor, it never tightens. The bolt pulls free. So I ran to the hardware store and bought a bolt and anchor set that fit each other properly. Now I just have to paint the bolt heads to match the rest of the hardware. And lastly..the poor instructions. The last two I structions are literally, 9. Drill holes. Install screws. I've made this one work, but someone not comfortable with thinking around problems will likely hate this product. I wouldn't buy it again.

Good product at a fair and reasonable price. The only issue was self tapping screws used to join the 3 sections and attach the rail brackets. They tear away from tubing to easily. I was lucky to have stainless steel Bolts which l rectified the issue.

Missing parts. Vendor customer support unreliable and not honest. I never received my refund. I have put out social media post to warn people to not do business with Vevor! Parts never sent or refund not received! Worst Chinese company selling items within United States.
