No complaints, and the fittings seem to be brass, with no water going through the body.

These are nice and solid. We needed something to hold a ton of hose and this does the trick. It's well built and looks like it will last a long time.

Replaced my old hose reel with the new VEVOR Wall Mounted Garden Hose Reel. Would highly recommend shipped quickly easy to mount, came with the mounting screws and anchors, was easy to install, reel is smooth and the hose guide does the job, easy to reel the hose back onto the hose reel. It has a clean look connections are tight and secure no leaks.

Almost 1/2 the price of similar models at CT. Works great, no leaks and does hold a LOT of hose.
So far have had no issues

The reel arrived with so many missing pieces I was unable to use. I wouldn't recommend this product.
