Customer Reviews for VEVOR Wall Mounted Garden Hose Reel, Holds 38m 5/8-inch Hose, Heavy-Duty Water Hose Winder, Space-Saving Design, Outdoor Manual Reel with Brass Fitting and Storage Basket for Yard Lawn

I'm waiting for my replacement. The original reel would not stay together. Everytime I tried to use it the reel would come unscrewed from the brass fitting and fall apart. I thought the instructions to put the product together were vague and there were no videos showing the installation for the specific item I purchased. I'm hoping the replacement is better or I'll be asking for a refund.

Does not work great. Not a great design the inlet where the feeder hose goes in will come apart and the whole thing will fall apart at times, no matter how tight you tighten things up. Also had to fasten the feeder hose to the wall to keep it from twisting up because of poor design and functionality I do not recommend buying. Also, you have to line the hose up just perfect to be able to get all the hose on it.

I bought this product because of the price. Well the old saying is , you get what you pay for, is true. Assembly was easy , but the fittings to the hose was not completed at factory. I had to modify it to how it should of came to me. Once I got it to work it still doesn't actually function properly. The fitting for the hose keeps unscrewing from the hose reel when reeling the hose in. This is my second product from vevor that is completely trash straight out the box. Sorry but not sorry it won't be a third time. Be cautious when buying vevor products. You get lucky then again you won't.
