Bellt88 Never Delivered, rewards points not refunded

My order was not delivered due to damage according to the shipper. The order was returned to vevor without delivery. I told Vevor that I would like replacement items sent and then they refunded me instead. Now if I want to get my item that I already purchased I have to repurchase them at a higher price. I also used vevor reward points on my original purchase and vevor did not refund this. A lot of this stems from lack of Vevor having a customer service phone number.
