The tab that holds on the brush broke after a few short months. I reached back out twice about it and was told id have a replacement part in the mail. Never got one. Its now been over a month since that conversation. I really loved this thing but all they seem to care about is the sale.

As others have mention, works fine if pushing in a straight line. If you have to turn, it dumps a bunch of debris on the floor.

I bought this VEVOR Icecream machine, after using it for barely 2 months it stopped working , trying to connect with VEVOR via chat but they are saying the same thing we created the case . No one is there to talk to you over the phone . It has a manufacturing warranty for 1 year but no one wa sts to help . Pls stay away from this company

I recieved the item but its missing a key part that makes it work. I tried getting ahold of service and all i get is the same recording telling me to send the same info. I just want to return it and not shop here again. It wont let me upload a photo from my phone so i dont care.

The capacity on this is not very good. It does not do well getting leaves out of a gutter even when they are dry. Good for grass clippings only.

Message from dpd saying delivery attempted couldn't access property return item to sender.....no vevor and no refund????, will it be sent again or will I be refunded

I received this product which was missing parts and did not work as described. I was disappointed with the product and tried to get with the company for a return, but they seemed very unwilling to return, then a few days later, my complaint ticket has disappeared and I cannot submit another ticket towards the same order. I would suggest looking elsewhere for any item similar to this.
