Bonjour l appareil ne fonctionne plus. J étais en train de l utiliser pour la 2eme fois, après 10 min elle a fait disjoncter l atelier. J ai redémarré, elle chauffe mais elle n a plus de ultra sons. Pourriez vous m aider svp.

Ultra soon looks good but the Sonia element feels to weak compared to my otter machine. After 2 motos and apprx 20 time of usage . The heating element gives shortcircuit. So I connotatie use it anymore . I contacten Vevor no reply. So I would say do not buy this one its not worth it unfortunately despite the looks .

Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass man Verzollungsgebühren (>35% des Warenwertes) ohne Vorabinformationen von Vevor bezahlen muss. Solche Zusatzkosten sollten klar und ersichtlich bei einer Bestellung angegeben werden. Daher wenig Sterne.

Je suis globalement déçu, je pensais que ce serait plus efficace. J'ai mis nos paires de lunettes mais elles ressortent avec les traces de doigts et en les séchant après il y a encore des marques.

Franchement, il ne sert pas à grand chose, je suis vraiment déçue.

Ultrasonic vibration failed within 2 months . Customer support not responding to my request for a refund or replacement

a bien fonctionné pendant 2 ans puis est tombé en panne > plus de vibration, seule la température fonctionne je suis très déçu je ne recommande pas ce matériel

Overall I give it a 6 out of 10. Takes a very long time to heat up. It has never reached the 80° C that it says it can reach. It does do a pretty decent job of cleaning but takes much longer than anticipated because it never reaches that temp.
