The product is cheaply made. I used it just four times and the plug outlet melted. I wouldn’t recommend this piece of equipment to anybody. Don’t get trap on it like I did. Save yourself the headaches.

4th time using it the power shut off and still haven't found a way to fix it. Worked well but remember to remove hearing aids near it during operation. Should have bought harbor freight version.

Get the extended warranty, because these cleaners work for 14 months to the day before it burns up the plug. Third unit now, same failure everytime. Lot of tool for the money, but the quality is loooooooow!

Good size, great price, but did not last
Was a great machine. Had it less than a year and its dead already. Worked amazing while it lasted not it will run for 5 to 7 min, then it pops its reset button. Doesn't matter if heat is on or not
