Like all Vevor products, it arrived quickly and well packaged. The hardware in the kit was great, instructions were pretty good, but don't really show where any of the washers are supposed to be used. Installation was more time consuming than expected, and getting the bolts to defy gravity took some ingenuity that isn't portrayed in the instructions. Might have been easier to just drill through the bed rail and mount than using the clamps, but I'm not sure since I used the clamps method. One of the crossbars was not like the other, it didn't have the rectangular hole in the channel as the other, and the hole for the endcap screw was farther in from the end...and the endcap won't slide on that far for it to work. Don't know if that bar is from a previous version, or just didn't get completely machined before it was sent over to receive coating. Overall though, I'm happy with the result. It is a nice looking and very useful rack, and I'm glad I bought it here instead of some other site with similar racks.

The vevor truck rack is awesome. Every bit as good as the Yakima bed rack and a fraction of the price. Would score it 5 stars if it didn’t have a wind whistle.

The rack itself seems to be a great quality for the price. However, I received a single bolt (out of 12) to mount the base to the rack. It has been a month since contacting customer service and have still not seen the remaining bolts. I'm usually not one to write reviews but the customer service from VEVOR has been less than stellar, but I guess that's where the savings come from... other than that I cannot wait to use it! some day....

What I like most about this rack is that it is relatively easy to adjust. But I would like it better if it were even easier to adjust. I also have doubts about how durable it would be if I adjusted it frequently. What I don’t like about this rack is that (after only a couple months use) the paint has already chipped off in a couple places. It also makes a fair amount of wind noise at 55 mph (and even more at 70 mph), but probably no more than most racks. Maybe if the framework had a different cross-sectional shape, it would be quieter. But overall, it’s a really good rack and I’d definitely buy it again.

Only had it on my truck for two weeks and already rusting in several spots

Very poor quality control. The truck ladder arrived damaged and missing all hardware such as clamps, nuts and bolts. I can’t do any installation with hardware missing.

They do the job. The little bolts that tighten the crossbar instantly started rusting the moment they got damp and got rust on my truck. They are pretty sturdy and look alright. I honestly want to take them off and get better ones but it was a little bit of a pain to get them on with the plastic bed liner. I’m just going to spray paint the bolts and let it ride for now.

Overall pretty good. The metal is this and welds won't last in a harsh climate but for the money its enough to get you started.

The material was cheap and not fabricated precisely! Since I needed them for my new truck I kept! Pay more for better quality.
