How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

City of Rutland Great function and easily installed.

Glad to have a fully-enclosed drop box. Helps keep the cold air out of the office and the residents are happy to have it also. The old system was open in the office and residents had to push their envelopes inside.

Whilst having my porch bricked up I decided to have a letter box incorporated through the wall to ensure that's not an easy way to get into our home. We looked at multiple through wall letter boxes and they were double/triple the price. Letterbox is of good quality materials and appears well made. Builder said it was easy to install and the postman has used already - only difficulty is parcels but you'd have that issue with a door letterbox.
