This hand rail was delivered in 7 days by Australian Post (yes don't feint, ordered on a Monday March 7, 2022 and delivered on Monday by courier March 14, 2022). It included drill bit, 4 bolts and 4 plugs, nuts and covers, all stainless steel and took less than an hour to install. Excellent product, easy to install. My original order for a larger hand rail some how was lost by a courier company I had never heard of and VEVOR and I agreed that I would be reimbursed for the full cost for this unit. The money was in my account 24 hours after cancellation of my original order. I have no problem in recommending VEVOR for their products and excellent service, it has been a pleasure to deal with.

The pool rail is great. Sturdy, smooth installation and looks good. The hand grip cover is not great, as the stitching unraveled as we were putting it on. It will do for the rest of the summer, but we'll definitely need a new one for next year.

I was amazed at how sturdy this rail was. My son-in-law installed it with his hammer drill. It comes with a drill bit. Great value for the money.

Other than drilling the concrete, which was quite a chore even with a diamond tip drill bit, the handrail was easy to install and feels very sturdy. The handrail comes with a useless drill bit which was no problem as we bought a good one at the hardware store.

My only complaint is that the type of screws that came with it to fasten it to the concrete did not look to be of high quality. So I bought my own.
