Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos!!! Hice un pedido y ese mismo día despúes de horas intentando hablar con ellos lo conseguí por mensaje, pués no se puede hacer de otra forma, quería anular el pedido por otro de tamaño más grande, me contestaron por mensaje que no podian anular el pedido, lo que yo queria era comprar otro de mayor tamaño, pués bien me dijeron que lo devolviera....Compré el tamaño superior y ahora me dicen que tengo que pagar el transporte de la devolución porque si no esta dañado, ellos no se hacen cargo tiene que hacerse cargo el cliente. Me siento engañada por esta politica que tiene VEVOR de engañar y despreciar al cliente una vez que has comprado. OJO !!! ANTES DE COMPRAR ASEGURENSE DE QUE NO TIENEN QUE CAMBIAR O DEVOLVER EL ARTICULO, PUÉS TENDRÁN QUE SUFRAGAR USTEDES COMO CLIENTES EL GASTO DE DEVOLUCIÓN!!!
