Excellent product to use to measure CFM. Would recommend it to any one in the HVAC field and restoration field.

I bought it to calibrate HVAC airflow in multi zone systems. I never received it, when I ordered it on a Thursday they indicated that I would have it the following Monday. That came and went, by Friday after multiple email the order was canceled by the company, no explanations given. I was really disturbed about the whole thing because I was counting on it for a job. Customer service is poor, due to the fact that there is slow response, and that they didn't provide shipping information for UPS or Fed Ex to track the order. I'm guessing that part of the reason is this type of equipment is usually hundreds of dollars more than the price they charged. I can't say how accurate it would have been, it's just unfortunate, but I suspect the local warehouse simply just did not stock the item. If they just said in my correspondences that it was out of stock I could have had time to find it at Graingers or McMaster- Carr and got the job finished on time. In the end I lost more waiting and not being able to finish a job that the savings I would have seen. Frankly now all things happen for a reason and judging by the price now and what I eventually got the quality I have now is excellent and in the long run probably the right choice to just move on rather than wait for the unit to arrive, although I was not given that choice anyway. I'm just thankful that they refunded me the $45.99about a week later.
