Good quality tools. Work well as intended. However the case latches are very poor quality. Both my case latches broke off the first day of arrival. Now the case won’t stay closed and sockets constantly falling out.

Ron Marshall Case issue

Good set and good price, but the case is poor. The sockets won’t secure well. Every time I carry it and reopen, the sockets are scattered.

James BEWARE of VEVOR

VEVOR does NOT want to give refunds and has set up roadblocks to getting a refund. Here is what happened to me:
1. I typed to a rep for ONE HOUR. Her intent seemed to be to tire me out so I would give up. Finally, she said she would pass my "requesto" on to "the team."
2. "The team" replied, included a copy of my typed conversation with the rep. The "team's" question was why I wanted to return my purchase!!! I had to go through it all again.
3. The next level answered with canned note about how heartfelt their concern was. Looked real, and I gave another answer.
4. The next level (!) answered with a mistake, with the identical "heartfelt concern." My reply was ABRUPT.
5. The NEXT level had me review why I wanted to return th item. By now I was able to copy and past.
6. This person replied with an offer of giving me a small token and letting me keep the item. My reply was more abrupt.
7. The person then replied with an offer of giving me more money and letting me keep the item. MY reply was: "You've worn me down. TREVOR is shit. Send the money within 24 hours." I await the money.
