I purchased this for a family reunion I had to host and I was totally embarrassed!! Slushie won’t even come out!! I had to revert back to my ninja machines . I am so disappointed

Leaks to much, has extra gaskets and still leaks, plastic seems cheaper/thinner than other brands, also harder to clean than others. Messaged for a refund and so far it’s a process

Falscher Stecker, konnte das Gerät nicht benutzen. Rücksendung ist seit über einer Woche beantragt, keiner kümmert sich darum. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice.
