Customer Reviews for VEVOR Single Folding Security Gate, Lockable Scissor Gate with 360° Swivel Casters, Outdoor Barricade Steel Retractable Gates, for Entry Security, Garage, Warehouse & Pool, 1700 x 1310 mm (W x H)

The product come with good finishing. Packing is average good. One of the product come with minor defect of the wheel and the rivet, and customer efficiently give me the solution to over come the problem. I like it and would mention their name Vevor with no hesitation.

ottimo prodotto, tuttavia per un utilizzo temporaneo dovete studiare un sistema per farlo stare in piedi da solo, senza doverlo ancorare a un muro.

The height of this gate is around 7ft, not the 6.5 ft as stated. Since I intended to fit the gate inside a recessed area, I had to cut off the staple lock component from the edge of the gate, otherwise it would get in the way. Bear that in mind if you intend to do the same.

Height and width measurements correct on this gate. Bear in mind that once opened, the lattice leaves a gap above and below the length of the side bars, which might need to be taken into consideration.

The Vevor gate met or exceeded all expectations for the intended use. However, the latch is designed for a particular (inside door frame) application which unfortunately wasn't possible in this case. The mounting position required modification.

The product is great. I feel better with my far side sliding door now having security...My only issue is is I was advised by tech support it was universal, thank goodness I have a great handyman who changed the side lock and the bolts so it would open and close in the correct direction...as you can not change the side the rollers are on nor take off and put the bolting area on the other side...

The gate is great. We were having a lot of guests just wondering into our kitchen and helping themselves. So the gate has worked out great. But...it didn't come with any of the hardware listed on the packing slip. We went out and bought everything we needed. When I called them about it they told me to take a picture of the box. Which I couldn't do because it was already installed with the parts that we purchased.

Be aware the measurements for this gate are listed incorrectly. It’s listed as 48wx37h and is the opposite. I’ve been back and forth with customer service for more than a week to return and am getting nowhere.

For starters they sent me an open product missing all the parts, screws & wheels! Then when I asked for them to send them to me the refused and said they didn’t have any! Then they only wanted to give me a $50 refund and wouldn’t let me send the whole item back for a new one! Very disappointing and also they said it was universal for either side of door that was wrong!
