Shutter exhaust fan
1506CFM
Great value, fitted into the side of my shed well, reasonably quiet, shutter mechanism quite flimsy so you need to be careful not to damage them when fitting. The power cord fitted is way to short and needed to be replaced with a new power cord straight into the box. Overhaul happy with the purchase and the way it works.

Great fan for the price, would have given it 5 stars if only the power cord was just a little bit longer. 5" just isn't enough .

Had this installed in a new shop for through ventilation during spring and fall to reduce AC usage. Decently quiet fan and seems to move some air, though I'm not sure its the full 3320CFM it claims. I also wish it sealed a bit better when not running as I do air condition the building during the summer and it almost certainly leaks air. Thankfully its high enough up it really shouldn't affect much.
Overall a good buy for the price

Great fan
Fan is good quality, shutters work as expected, airflow is high. I'm using the 24" fan to provide ventilation for a shop that has a 5 HP chiller in it. Without ventilation, the chiller would overheat on warm days. The 24" fan is expelling the heat generated by the chiller sufficiently to keep the shop within about 5F of outside ambient. The fan is good quality. The only issue is the length of the pigtail. It is only about 10" long - less than the radius of the fan. So, it requires butt-splicing a cord to the short pigtail. If the pigtail was just a few inches longer, say 16" or more, then the cord could wire directly into a thermostatic controller (sold separately) or junction box, mounted on the wall next to the fan. The pigtail is sealed/molded to the motor housing - not easy to replace - thus resorting to a butt-splice to extend a few more inches to a junction box.

Construction
The fan motor is strong and amazingly quiet. The shudders pivot on a small plastic dowel that is not very resistant to abuse though. I would purchase again, but would make a point not to drop it prior to install.

Ok
Works ok, but really not all that pleased with the overall performance of the fan, would likely but a bigger one or different brand next time.

Great purchase
I was at first skeptical but after installing, I was happy of the performance of the fan!
It does say that it has a speed controller but i did not get one in the box! It doesn't matter for what I am using it for but someone else may want that option.

Buyer
This product works well, and appears to be made from quality parts and materials. Be aware that the power cord is VERY short, around 1 foot long. You will probably want to remove it, and wire an extension cord with the outlet cut off, in its place.

Mr.
Fan worked as advertised. It was much quieter than I expected. This led me to be somewhat skeptical at first, as it did not sound like it was moving a lot of air. Upon checking the outflow outside of the cabin it was installed in, I changed my mind. It really seems to move quite a lot of air. We will see how it works in the heat of summer.
