I am a hygienist and this was a game changer. It helps me keep my posture and I do not slide to the edge. The regular chairs I cannot sit without slowly ending up on the edge of the seat. This is.great holds me in place and forces my posture. It also has a removable back of you want it or don't.

My wife bought this specifically for her bad back. It is really comfortable, well cushioned, stable, with an easy rotation, and it enables her to sit with a straight back while she is doing her collage painting at her work table. And the black seat ones were on special at a great price.
