this stool was disapointing to me to much be tween legs can/t roll around very well hard to control i can.t use it in kitchen

The plastic around one of the wheels broke within a week of first using. How do I get a replacement?

We ordered 3 stools on February 13th, TODAY IS MARCH 18TH, yet only 1 was delivered, which is extremely disappointing. Although we have tried to resolve the issue through customer service, the support provided has been inadequate and we still have no clear update regarding the missing items. Given the circumstances, we believe a refund for the undelivered products is the only reasonable solution. We hope this matter can finally be addressed properly

DO NOT BUY not safe poor quality no way this will support 450 lbs very dangerous not for shop enviroment

For me this is terrible -- absolutely unusable. Bought thi9s because flat stool was out of stock, thought I would try it but no go. I am big so that may be the reason but hey, it is advertised as supporting 450 lbs. Can't use it at all. Tried to return it but Vevor never responded to my request. Guess I will go elsewhere for a flat stool.
